When will the images be available?
Monday 10th December (Pacific Standard Time).
Why are the images taking this long?
The reason why we’re taking a little longer than what you may be previously used to is because we’re carefully tagging each and every photo with your respective BIB numbers and names where possible. This will make it super easy for you to search for yours, your family’s and friend’s photos across the entire event without having to navigate 1000′s of images to find them. We appreciate your patience and we’re endeavoring to complete this process as quick as we can.
What happens with unidentifiable BIBs?
Unidentified BIBs will be placed in an ‘Unidentified BIBs’ gallery for Saturday and Sunday, sorted by time to help reduce your effort in searching.
How can we purchase images?
Images can be purchased directly from the website, the link to the images will be provided here on Monday.
